Sin Cara vs. Wade Barrett vs. Justin Gabriel vs. Sheamus vs. Cody Rhodes vs. Heath Slater vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Kane
SmackDown's Money In The Bank ladder match
We know how huge this night is. Along with what's on the line in the main event, Christian is also in action, set to challenge Randy Orton for the World Heavyweight Championship. But with the aptly named pay-per-view, the WWE also brings us two Money In The Bank ladder matches and this first one starts off in a frenzy as all eight competitors go at it with the lightweights being thrown to ringside and Sheamus, Kane and Wade Barrett have a three-way face-off in the middle of the ring. Sheamus and Barrett try to team up, but Kane nds up befalling them to ringside. Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel innitially work together, but then fight over a ladder as Daniel Bryan dropkicks Gabriel back in the middle of the ring. Cody Rhodes opportunistically climbs a ladder in the centre of the ring, but Sheamus grabs him off and almost administers a High Cross. Kane soon befalls both of them to ringside before smashing Wade Barrett face-first into a ladder in the corner. Kane then throws a ladder onto Rhodes and Sheamus at ringside before lifting and dropping Heath Slater in the middle of the ring with a sidewalk slam. In the next exchange we watch Daniel Bryan suicide dive on Barrett at ringside. Justin Gabriel flys high on Kane and so does Sin Cara, nailling Sheamus majestically from off the top rope all the way to ringside. Back in the ring Sin Cara thunders Daniel Bryan down from off the top rope with his amazing finishing maneuver and Cara then has full momentum to grab himself a ladder. Wade Barrett though has other ideas and he decks Sin Cara at ringside before brideging a ladder from the ring apron to the announcers table. Barrett wants to finish off Cara, but Sin Cara reverses him and sends the Englishman into the ringpost. Sheamus takes over on Sin Cara, Brogue Kicking him in the middle of the ring before taking him to the apron by the bridged ladder and the Celtic Warrior then administer's a devastating powerbomb on Sin Cara and the Mexican goes crashing through the ladder. EMT's and referee's quickly come to the scene. Meanwhile Kane, Daniel Bryan and Cody Rhodes enter the ring all with ladders in their possesion. Kane manages to befall his opponents, but Slater, Gabriel and Barrett (three former Corre/Nexus members) all take Kane down from off the ladder. After Daniel Bryan and Cody Rhodes cause more of a ruckus we watch as Slater/Gabriel/Barrett work together again after clearing the ring they allow Barrett to climb. Goodness, is this a set-up from the beginning, a rouse that The Corre were planning for Barrett to win this match? No! Slater and Gabriel take Barrett back down and the contest goes on with Rhodes now in contention to grab the Belt, but Sheamus dominates him back down with a backbreaker before climbing for the Belt himself. Daniel Bryan climbs along with and over Sheamus, but the Irishman then carries Bryan off the ladder on his shoulder and Kane then flies from nowhere to clobber Bryan with a Doomsday Device clothesline and Bryan goes head over heels to land on his face in the middle of the ring. Kane then gets the better of Sheamus before Chokeslamming both Cody Rhodes and Justin Gabriel. Kane clims the ladder, but after a back and forth with Daniel Bryan, it's Bryan who comes out on top. Heath Slater climbs the ladder, but Bryan climbs up after him only for Slater to splat him down with a neckbreaker from off the ladder. Slater climbs, but it's Wade Barrett who takes him down. He batters Slater before clobbering Sheamus and then exiting the ring to bring in another ladder. Barrett and Sheamus then take the ladder to together lift Heath Slater on the ladder's top rung and launch Slater over the top rope right onto Kane at ringside. Sheamus then proceeds to dominate, but twice he has chances to climb the ladder, but chooses not to. Instead he makes sure the ring is clear, clobbering Barrett and Gabriel down. He finally climbs, but by now Kane's back in and Sheamus does all he can to boot Kane away, but Kane grabs him by the throat and chokeslams him right onto a ladder! Good God almighty what impact! There's ladder's everywhere and we watch as Bryan, Rhodes and Barrett all take Kane down. Barrett then WasteLand's Kane before Justin Gabriel plots on top over a ladder that's horizontal over the corner and he bounces off to 450 splash the Big Red Machine! Wade Barrett takes his opportunity to clear the ring, but after all the commotion it's Cody Rhodes and Daniel Bryan who are climbing the ladder. Bryan manage to hook on a guillotine submission on Rhodes but little does he know that Barrett's climbing the ladder from the other side. Barrett reaches over the top of Bryan for the briefcase, but he cannot unhook it. Bryan elbows him away before booting Rhodes all the way back down to the canvas. Barrett and Bryan then go back and forth and Bryan ends on top with a kick to the temple and SmackDown's Money In The Bank winner emerges as Daniel Bryan!
Winner: Daniel Bryan.

e're shown footage of 'Earlier Tonight' when Mr McMahon entered the arena via a limo and with him were Board Executive John Laurinaitis and a WWE Law representitive - apparently they come as last ditch aids to McMahon in trying to get CM Punk to sign a WWE Contract.
Brie Bella w/ Nikki Bella vs. Kelly Kelly
Diva's Championship match
Brie's in emerald green whilst Princess Kelly wrestles in a gold bikini and both the Bella's take a shock to their system as Kelly Kelly begins the match well on top before befalling both Bella's at ringside. Kelly makes a mistake though and she ends up landing flat on her face at ringside. Back in the ring Brie administer's a body scissors, trying to keep the Champion's momentum down and it works as Kelly takes a lot of punishment, but is able to kick out after Two on a cover. Brie performs a grounded abdominal stretch, but Kelly elbows her way out of it before smashing Brie's face into the canvas. Brie tries to come back, but Kelly neckbreakers her down to get Two on the cover. Kelly then tries for a K2, but can't hit it as Brie counters and both Diva's end up trading near falls. In the end though, Kelly Kelly does hook on the K2 and this one's over.
Winner and Still Diva's Champion: Kelly Kelly.
There's decention among the twins as they can't comprehend how they can't manage to beat Kelly Kelly.
We're shown a commercial for the Biggest Event of the Summer; WWE SummerSlam Live August 14th!
The comms talk up the rivalry between Mark Henry and the Big Show. A video package shows us the dominance and fearsome destruction that Mark Henry can cause. We're shown many clips of Henry's recent coming's together with the Show, but the video emphasises that Show was the one who started the whole ressurection of Mark Henry. This past week on SmackDown Big Show said that he done Mark Henry a favor, lighting a fire that had been a simmer of smoke for the past fifteen years. Henry said that he's better than Big Show in every way. Tonight, Show has said that he's going to put Mark Henry's fire out., but according to Henry, Show's gonna get his ass kicked.
Mark Henry vs. Big Show
It's the age old question; what happens when the unstoppable force meets the immoveable object? Well, the contest begins with both competitor's on fire and it's Show who administer's the first real blow as he shoulder tackles Henry to the canvas and Henry rolls to ringside on impact. Show continues momentum at ringside, clobbering Henry down with clubbing forearms before launching Henry into and over the steel steps. Henry comes back into the match though and he uses the stairs to his advantage to have Show run his own knees into the steel. Henry conquers Big Show's left knee, chop blocking him in the middle of the ring before administering a half Boston Crab. Big Show comes back into the action and lands knee first on Henry after comming of the middle rope. Show sets up for a chokeslam, but Henry counters to lift Show and land an almighty World's Strongest Slam! One! Two! - no! Big Show kicks out! Henry goes again for another World's Strongest Slam and two body splashes from against the ropes and that it. Henry wins.
Winner: Mark Henry.
Mark Henry is on the roll of his career. After the match though he sets to take Big Show out. He grabs a steel chair to insert Show's leg into the fold and he then Vader-Bomb's the chair and the crowd boo like hell as he lands it, and Henry may well have broken Big Show's leg. EMT's etc come down to the ring as Big Show writhes in pain, and Mark Henry walks away smiling. Big Show has to be taken away on a medical buggy.
Backstage we see Mr McMahon talking to Laurinaitis and his Lawyer. Josh Matthews enters the scene to ask if McMahon's been able to re-sign CM Punk this past week. McMahon says no and tells that Punk is the biggest ingrate he's ever dealt with. McMahon reveals that when he offered another lucrative contract to CM Punk this past week Punk simply pointed at the door and said "Get Out." Matthews talks Cena and McMahon snaps that this is all Cena's fault, claiming that he'd have signed CM Punk on Monday night if it weren't for Cena's intrusion. McMahon then ends that if John Cena loses tonight and CM Punk leaves the company with the WWE Title, John Cena will have hell to pay.
Alberto Del-Rio vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Jack Swagger vs. Evan Bourne vs. R-Truth vs. Alex Riley vs. The Miz vs. Rey Mysterio
RAW Money In The Bank ladder match
Before the entrances even finish all competitors that enter the ring arm themselves with various sized ladders as if they were swords. Alberto Del-Rio is the man who is innitially sandwiched and after what he did this past Monday night on RAW, perhaps as Booker says "Paybacks are a Mother!" The match breaks down early so that there's a stand off between Miz and R-Truth and they both duel with mini ladders. Jack Swagger comes in to clobber them both down. Evan Bourne and Kofi Kingston then deck R-Truth before Rey leaps over the ladder to headscissor Jack Swagger all the way to ringside. Alex Riley and Miz go at it and Riley then launches himself to ringside right on top of Swagger and Miz. Truth does the same and then so do Kofi and Rey in stereo. Evan Bourne then climbs a huge ladder to Air Bourne himself off the ladder and clobber down all of his opponents! All but Alberto Del-Rio that is and Del-Rio's the one that prevents Bourne from reaching the Belt whilst Bourne and Miz are up the ladder and Miz lands awkwardly on impact. Miz writhes in pain and he may well be injured here as EMT's and ref's come to chck on him right away. Meanwhile Alberto Del-Rio and R-Truth tustle for supremacy, but Rey Mysterio and Evan Bourne climb over the back of Del-Rio and Truth and Bourne has his hands on the briefcase, but as Del-Rio and Truth attack, Mysterio and Bourne execute an astounding double hurracanranna - but all four men land away from the ladder. Kofi Kingston tries climbing the ladder, but Swagger stops him and they both end up falling to ringside. R-Truth and Rey Mysterio battle it out, but it's Kofi who entertains as he Boom Drops R-Truth from off a horizontal ladder in the corner. Kofi's on a roll, decking Swagger and Truth to ringside, but Rey Mysterio then 6-1-9's Kofi through a standing ladder. What an awesome move! R-Truth clobbers Jack Swagger with a ladder at ringside and Riley and Mysterio then climb the ladder on either side, both getting fingertips on the briefcase. More and more ladders are brought into play as all the competitor's (minus Miz who's been taken away) climb their ladders and climb each other to get hands on the briefcase. Alberto Del-Rio falls onto a ladder. Evan Bourne falls all the way to ringside. Riley decks to the canvas and Truth is shoved away by Rey, and Kingston then throws Mysterio down. Jack Swagger tries as he might to stop Kofi and the two of them awkwardly drop to the canvas. The Miz is back, he hobbles down to the ring to cleanly climb the ladder, but Rey Mysterio stops him and he sunset flips Miz to the canvas. Rey now has a clear path, but Del-Rio, Rey's long-term rival comes back into play to rip Rey's mask from off his face! Del-Rio then opportunistically becomes Mr Money In The Bank.
Winner: Alberto Del-Rio.
We're shown a video package chronicalling the ups and downs in the rivalry between Christian and Randy Orton. Christian famously only held the World Title Belt after winning it for only a week. Ever since, match after match, Orton's gotten the better of Christian. Recently Orton's become impatient and he wants Christian out of his hair. Tonight may be Christian's final chance, will he pay the piper or defeat The Viper? We find out tonight at Money In The Bank.
Backstage Alberto Del-Rio tells Josh Matthews that he was already number one contender for the WWE Title, so winning Money In The Bank was just a formality. His destiny is to become the new WWE Champion, and the briefcase pretty much guaruntees it.
Christian vs. Randy Orton (c)
World Heavyweight Championship, If Orton's Disqualified, Christian wins the Belt
It's well documented that Christian took 17 years before winning his first major WWE/World Championship (in the WWE) but it was Randy Orton who spoiled Christian's party. Ever since, Christian has been obsessed with getting the Belt back, but is he even more obsessed with defeating Randy Orton. Christian has had many opportunities to get his Belt back, too many as far as King's concerned, but with this added stipulation tonight that if Orton's Disqualified Christian wins the Belt, well this contest may result in Christian's favor should Randy Orton lose his temper. Christian smartly brings a chair into play early on, putting it at the feet of The Viper trying to goad him into Disqualification. Christian says he can beat Orton and that he will, but his actions speak otherwise as he tries to win the Belt by a technicality. The fans are split on their allegiences as the contest falls to ringside and Orton launches Christian head over heels into the steel steps. Orton takes the action back into the ring, but Christian uses his awareness to befall Orton from off the ropes and he gets Two on the cover. Christian stomps at Orton, right in his face before getting him to his feet to back-elbow him down from the back of an Irish whip. Christian covers, gets One, gets Two, but not yet, the match goes on with Christian on top, wyly as he continues the attacks and gets near fall after near fall on the World Heavyweight Champion. Orton comes back with a little flurry, going over the back of Christian to get Two on the cover, but Christian comes back to spinebust Orton down for yet another Two. Christian then thinks KillSwitch, but Orton counters and the two end up at ringside. Back in the ring Orton almost hits an RKO, but no dice as Christian counters but after a back and forth Orton's on top with a Thesz Press and Orton then almost nails an Orton DDT from off the middle rope with Christian's legs dangling, but both superstars trade counter for counter in this stalemate of a contest so far and this exchange ends with Orton dropkicking Christian to the canvas. The two battle to the corner and Orton tries for a superplex, but Christian decks him to the canvas to follow by flying with a diving headbutt, but Orton kicks out at Two. Randy Orton then comes back, attempting two RKO's, but no dice and Christain then clutches the Champ for a KillSwitch! One! Two! and No! Orton kicks out! Orton kicks out! Christian sets up for a Spear, but Orton leapfrogs to then grab Christian and put him up over his shoulder for a delayed neckbreaker and that may be it; One! Two! - wow and Christian kicks out. The contest goes on, back and forth, but Orton gets the majority of the momentum after nailling his patented DDT. Orton then pounds the canvas getting ready for an RKO, but Christian begs and pleads for Orton to back off - and he then spits in The Viper's face! Orton goes insane and pummels the life out of Christian and the referee pulls him off to evade a DQ and Orton then low blows Christian right in the yam bag! The referee calls it, Orton is Disqualified.
Winner by way of Disqualification and New World Heavyweight Champion: Christian.
Randy Orton goes nuts, even moreso than before as he batters Christian over the announcers table before clobbering him with a monitor and then RKOing Christian right on the announcers table. Referee's and the SmackDown GM Teddy Long are all there as the comms argue the case for and against Orton's end to the match and the fact that Christian the new Champion without actually defeating The Viper. Afterward, Orton comes back for more, RKOing Christian on the table one more time and finally he leaves livid at the whole situation. Remember, Christian is still to defeat the WWE's Apex Predator, but he leaves Money In The Bank as new World Champion.
A dramatic video package reminds us of CM Punk's outburst at the WWE and his intentions to leave Money In The Bank tonight with the WWE Title. Punk, the Chairman of the Board Vince McMahon and John Cena have all done their bit in arguing who's a hypocrite and who's not. They've argued about who's lost sight of who they really are, what they represent and what the WWE Title means to them and all the fans. The time is here, the time is now, up next is John Cena versus CM Punk and if Cena loses, not only does Punk walk out of the company with the WWE Title, but John Cena will be fired from WWE.
CM Punk enters to an adoring audience and they continue to chant his name as he wears his new WWE CM Punk t-shirt. On the back it has tonight's date with the tag line "Best In The World." John Cena enters to enemy territory. He gets booed like hell in Punk's home town. The history, the legacy and the entire future of the WWE is in John Cena's hands.
CM Punk vs. John Cena (c)
WWE Championship, If Punk wins he leaves WWE with the Title. If Cena loses he's fired
Predictably the fans are on Cena's back throughout and the comms talk up how much pressure the Champion has to keep the WWE Title tonight - moreso than ever before. The fans chant 'You Can't Wrestle' and Punk says "Who me?" the fans say 'No', Punk points to Cena and says "Him?" and they cheer 'Yeahhhh!' - probably the only cheer John Cena's going to get tonight. Of course it's a big fight feel and two superstars trade wrestling holds on the canvas in the middle of the ring. Cena tries to get some momentum, but Punk counters and ends up dropkicking Cena to the canvas to then administer a headlock. Punk stays on top, but then Cena counters to almost lock in an Attitude Adjustment, but Punk counters and almost gets a GTS, but Cena squirms out and the contest is at a stalemate. The two battle and Punk corner's Cena to stomp at him, but Cena comes back to facecrush Punk from against the ropes and Cena then gets Two on the cover. Cena is in control now and viciously clotheslines Punk to the canvas before grounding Punk in the middle of the ring. The crowd continue to chant for Punk and he administers a nice backdrop to get Two on the cover. Finally there's a pocket of fans that chant 'Let's Go Cena' and this enables the Champ to get some momentum and fisherman suplex Punk up and over for Two on the count. Cena sets up for an AA, but Punk scouts it to DDT Cena to the canvas. Punk covers, gets One, Two - no, a kick out, but Punk then leg-locks the neck of John Cena, but Cena's strong in lifting Punk up and out of it, but Punk counters that and befalls Cena to ringside. Punk dominates from here, having Cena hang from the apron and then land a kneedrop right on the back of Cena's neck. The contest continues back in the ring and Cena evades Punk's charge so that Punk goes shoulder-first into the steel ring-post. Cena tries to pick up momentum, but Punk stays on top again resorts to grounding his opponent in the middle of the squared circle. The two exchange and Punk cross-body's Cena down, but after another exchange Cena suplexes Punk from inside the ring all the way to ringside. Cena suplexes Punk in the ring, getting Two on every attempted cover and finally Cena sets up for the Attitude Adjustment, but Punk fights so Cena has to resort to an inverted slam and that leads to another Two on the cover. The two exchange 'Boo' and 'Yay' punches before Cena administers a successful abdominal stretch. Punk fights back and hip-tosses Cena over and soon both men collide to be knocked on the back on the canvas. They get up at the same time at the count of Six and Cena begins his rundown of moves that leads to a possivle Five Knuckle Shuffle, but twice he can't hit it. The first time Punk counters with a pinning predicament and the second time Punk simply boots Cena in the back of the head. The momentum shifts as Punk decks Cena to ringside and then suicide dives to collide with his opponent. Punk then puts Cena in the ring to fly off the top rope, but Cena evades and now he finally hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena sets for the AA as the audience boo the hell out of him, but Punk counters and soon he attempts the GTS, but no dice. Cena counters with a gutwrench suplex and that gets only Two on the count. Cena sets for another AA, but Punk counters to land a huge kick to the head and then a knee right to the jaw before Punk's running bulldog from out the corner and this might be it; One! Two! - no, Cena kicks out! That was close and after another exchange Cena decks Punk into an STF! Punk claws toward the ropes and eventually makes it. Both men get up and Punk nails a kick to the back of Cena's head, but again only a near fall. Punk sets for a cross-body from off the top rope, but Cena rolls through to stand up in an AA. Punk counters for a GTS, but Cena counters and he takes Punk down for an STF. He drags him back toward the centre of the ring and Punk may lose it here, but he counters for an Anaconda Vise! Cena looks like he's fading, but he stands up out of it for an Attitude Adjustment! One! Two! - Wow! Punk kicks out! CM Punk kicks out of the AA! Cena sets for a legdrop from off the top rope, but Punk counters and gets just Two on the cover. Punk then sets for the GTS, but no dice as Cena counters and soon Cena is able to land the legdrop on the back of Punk's head and that gets One! Two! - and Punk kicks out! Punk kicks out again! Goodness what a match, with so much on the line, which way will this go? Cena adminsiter's another AA and that has to be it, but No! Punk kicks out again! Cena takes Punk to the corner, perhaps an AA off the top rope, but Punk desperately fight back and ends up frankensteining Cena out the corner. Cena's smart with every comeback though, making sure that Punk cannot win this match. Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis come half way down to the ring and Punk sets to finish Cena off, but Cena trips him into a an STF! McMahon wants the bell rung, but the ref's back's to him so he sends Laurinaitis, but Cena intercepts and clobbers him down! Cena tells McMahon "Not this way!" and he gets back into the ring to finish off Punk, but CM Punk administer's a GTS and that's it! One! Two! Three!
Winner and New WWE Champion: CM Punk!
The fans go nuts, but McMahon has a plan 'B'. He snatches Jerry Lawler's headset to cut Punk's music and demand that Alberto Del-Rio get to the ring to cash in his Money In The Bank. Del-Rio runs down to the ring, but before the bell can ring, Punk boots Del-Rio upside the head to knock him out! He then exits through the audience! CM Punk's out of here and in just over one hour, Punk's WWE contract comes to a close and right now so does WWE Money In The Bank!
